Feels really good for the arms and back. I wish the bars were a little longer though. For reference this woman is 5'5 in the picture. Really easy to see how it works and bars can slid inward to shorten if needed and for storage. The middle thing keeps popping open but I can still use it so it's annoying but the bars are good when it's working

This is way better than any posture corrector I have tried. I have tried at least a dozen different. Wearable posture correctors. Most of them hurt the nerves under my arms, so I couldn’t use them for very long. I even paid hundreds of dollars for different devices that will alert you when you start to slouch. Those didn’t work that well either. Either I would get a false buzz When I was not hunching or it wouldn’t go off at all. One of them even had some sort of magnet in it, and I would stick to the door frame at work because it was metal. That was embarrassing. Plus, you have to wear those things all day. I like this because it is only 10 to 20 minutes per day. I feel like it stretches out my back and neck really well. Super easy to use when you’re at home on your computer or watching TV. I don’t have to wear anything bulky under my clothing anymore or over my clothing. This is very sturdy. I really like it. It’s also adjustable. I am 5 foot three and my husband is 6 foot two. We can both use this. It is so easy to adjust the positioning. Highly recommended

This is a great tool for helping to correct posture. It comes with assembly required. There are directions included which are fairly easy to follow with pictures to accompany the directions. There is a place to add the included strap on one end to be able to hang it up for storage. The ends are padded and comfortable to use. I do wish there were a few examples of how to use the product but it seems like it's used while standing. The instruction card says to use for 10-20 minutes while standing to straighten your back. The card states that adults and children can use. The bars are adjustable and lock in place. The bars can then be shortened for storage with the included strap. It is simple and easy to use.

My daughter's figure skating coach recommends this posture corrector. Upon arrival, the product was well-packaged . It is easy to assemble with the help of the installation video. It is comfortable to wear. The appealing green color catches the eye, and the length can be easily adjusted by turning clockwise or counterclockwise. Overall, I highly recommend this product to those who want to maintain good posture by keeping their shoulders back, chest out, and chin up.

Bought this for my father who has cancer and can't move around a lot. I was worried he may not be able to put it together, but it comes with a neat step by step guide. He says it helps him breathe when he uses it and is allowing him to be more mobile than before. Would def recommend.

Very smart design, with impressive quality materials and manufacture. The back/posture correction device can be configured with one piece or in a cross fashion. I like the stainless steel infrastructure, covered with cushioning at points of contact. The connecting clamp is nicely designed and works well. Although I would have preferred it to be constructed of metal instead of plastic. But, a steel clamp might add more weight to the product. So, I’ll accept the use of plastic.
The significant other recently complained of some back strain, from too many hours at the computer and on zoom calls. She didn’t feel it was at the point of wearing a back brace, though. This product interested and intrigued her, and the pink coloring didn’t hurt it’s appeal. She set it up, and did a session of 15 minutes, and said she thought it helped her improve her posture. It certainly made her more conscious of proper posture alignment. She hopes to do two sessions a day, with each lasting about 10 - 15 minutes.
Based on her favorable assessment and the quality of design and materials/construction, this posture correction apparatus receives a 4.5 star rating, with a high level recommendation.

Wanted to try it out as I am supposed to be working on my posture but it is kind of akward for me / get bored easily. Makes my tailbone hurt. The vets make my shoulders go cold and numb. So it is sort of depending on the person I guess on what works for who. This isn't for me. I do live the color though

We are "tight" and not flexible.

I found that it was nearly impossible to get my arms wrapped correctly. Then my hands went numb very quickly. But I am short and overweight.

My oldest is short, but normal weight. She said that while it felt fine on her back, it was torture on her arms.

My youngest tried it and said it was very uncomfortable. We are all short, but the youngest is still super skinny.

It is sturdy.

I can see it's usefulness for dance or gymnastics to encourage poise and balance.

Doesn’t come with instructions on how to assemble and it’s incredibly difficult to do so, although somehow I managed. Despite this, it’s a good design. It can be used singularly or in the cross method. I really like how it’s adjustable. It’s much more appealing than any other posture correction tool I’ve tried. Just using it once, you’ll see and feel a difference. This is sure to work in correcting posture.

Although the idea behind the posture corrector is good, I think the design is faulty. I followed the directions on the instruction sheet to assemble it, but it never felt stable. The problem is the plastic center piece that holds the cross together. I could catch the lip to secure it on one side but not on the other. I assembled it and tried it out, but any movement on my part or slight bump and the piece would begin to fall apart. The bar for the arms measures 29 inches, and the bar for the spine is 34 inches. I can see how wearing this a few minutes each day could be a posture corrector if it were more stable.

Because I sit all day, I appreciate anything that is convenient to correct my posture. This item sort of serves the convenience aspect, but it's a bit uncomfortable. First of all, after assembly, you can adjust the length of the bars so that it fits your height/body size. Secondly, once that is set, this item becomes an easy go-to tool that you can just place by your desk to use whenever you have a moment. However, that's generally the extent to its benefits. For example, the bars are a bit uncomfortable, especially the one that is pressed against your tailbone (note: it doesn't necessarily rest snugly into your butt crevice, as the model's picture suggests). It would have been more comfortable if there was more padding (or perhaps some sort of small mold). Next, the bars aren't necessarily solid. I can feel the bars start to bend when I exert too much pressure, and I wasn't trying to pressure-test it. Overall, it's a nice, convenient tool to have around, but a quick yoga stretch might be more beneficial.

I have tried it for a few days in the week and I don’t feel a big difference. I do like that it’s adjustable and you can do a lot with it, not necessarily just correcting posture.

This back straightener took a little getting used to, both in assembly and use. Once I figured out the assembly, it goes together easily and disassembles easily as well. There is 8 1/2" of pretty pink padding on each handle end, so there are many options for gripping. The poles themselves extend from 28" to 34" with a simple twist to lock or unlock. Being able to disassemble and use one of the poles for additional stretching or yoga is a nice bonus.

My set did not come with a hanging lanyard, but a small zip tie fit though the slot and took care of the problem.

The first few times using, I had to adjust my hand placement, because I could not hold the bar the way it instructed. I could barely hold the stretch. After using a bit, my flexibility improved and I was able to grasp with my arms around the bar and hold the stretch. It really helps to open out my chest and pulls my shoulders back into proper alignment. This bar helps me do stretches that are difficult to maintain without some sort of assist. I really like that is helping ease my upper back pain and giving me back some of the flexibility lost through too much sitting at the computer.

One of many tools to help with posture. It was medium difficulty to assemble. Adjusting it to the length you want is easy. When using the device, it puts your body in a awkard pose. I can feel it working on my back but it hurt my arms after awhile. The instructions say to use it 10-30 minutes a day. You definitely have to build your way up to the 30 minutes as it does become uncomfortable after just a few minutes. It is a bit bulky and odd shaped so I'm having trouble finding a place to store it. For best results it should be used along with other posture corrector devices as well as other techniques and excercises.

It was easy to assemble and use. I was using it to stretch out my shoulders for less then the recommend time. It was based on how my back was feeling at the end of the day. I tried using it for 15 minutes and it started to hurt after 10 so I stopped.
