RETURN POLICY

JACKEDAPE

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and the return form provided, then mail your return to the address included in the return notice. 

You may also use the prepaid shipping label enclosed with your package. Return shipping charges will be paid by the customer. 

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Product Warranty

JackedApe guarantees that all products sold under this Agreement will conform to their stated specifications for the duration of the applicable Warranty Period (the “Product Warranty”). Any Product Warranty claims must be submitted in writing to JackedApe within the specified Warranty Period.

The Warranty Period is product-specific and is determined based on the type of product purchased. It begins on the date of purchase and expires on the earliest of:

  1. The end of the agreed warranty duration from the purchase date, or
  2. Any expiration date, retest date, or shelf life date printed on the product label, packaging, or certificate of analysis.

Warranty Terms

  • Apparel Warranty (JackedApe Collection): 2-year warranty for manufacturing defects under EU law.
  • Fitness Equipment & Accessories: Warranty varies by product. Please refer to the product-specific warranty details at the time of purchase.
  • Supplements & Consumables: No warranty is provided for consumables after opening unless a defect is proven before use.

Product Acceptance & Returns

JackedApe may reject any product that:

  • Has a manufacturing defect,
  • Does not conform to the purchase order or product warranty,
  • Fails to meet the quality acceptance criteria, if applicable.

Return & Refund Policy

  • Customers must notify JackedApe in writing within 30 days of receiving the product to report defects.
  • In cases of latent defects, customers must report the issue within 30 days from the date they become aware of it.
  • If no claim is received within the applicable timeframe, the product will be considered accepted. However, the Product Warranty remains valid within the warranty period.
  • For eligible returns, JackedApe will offer a replacement, repair, or refund as per the product type and issue.
  • Returns must include proof of purchase and may require photographic evidence of the defect.

European Union Compliance & Warranty

In accordance with EU regulations, JackedApe products comply with safety and environmental standards, ensuring consumer protection.

EU Warranty Coverage

  • Duration: 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Coverage: Manufacturing defects and non-conformity issues.
  • Exclusions: Normal wear and tear, improper use, accidental damage, and unauthorized modifications.

Product Safety & Compliance

JackedApe products meet EU regulatory requirements, including:

  • Lead, bisphenols, and phthalates compliance.
  • General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) compliance.
  • Traceability standards for materials and production.
