I was expecting a better product from all the reviews. They’re pretty thin and hurt tf out of your legs- but maybe it’s a good thing I can’t focus on the burn from working out because I’m focused on the pain of these things slicing into my legs ?? I’m honestly scared I’m going to snap them so I don’t really stretch them out as much as I’d like to during workouts. They’re a decent first time buy or temporary use

I was disappointed in these bands. They are very small loops. They are best for beginners or older people. I’ll keep and use them, but I will need to buy longer, open bands to provide me with an opportunity to do additional strength and stretching exercises.

The price is relatively inexpensive, but I’ll need to buy additional bands, so no bargain.

The bands in general are nice to have around, but there's nothing that allows them to really grip onto you as you're using them . A lot of the time, they just slide up and town my legs when I'm trying to work out. The lettering on them has started to rub off considering, but they're pretty cheap so I can't complain too much ! Plus, I really love the colors !
