Wenn man diesen EMS-Trainer auspackt, fühlt man sich erst einmal ein bisschen überfordert von den vielen Pads und den Möglichkeiten, die sie bieten. Ich konnte dann aber relativ schnell herausfinden, was wohin gehört.
Inzwischen habe ich den EMS-Trainer einige Male bei Situps und beim Hanteltraining verwendet. Nach knapp drei Wochen ist es natürlich zu früh, um an dieser Stelle gesicherte Resultate zu verkünden. Das Gefühl, was ich nach dem Training in den stimulierten Muskeln verspüre, scheint mir jedoch identisch mit dem zu sein, was ich nach dem Probetraining im EMS-Studio gespürt habe.
Von daher kann ich dazu raten, es einfach mal mit diesem EMS-Trainer zu probieren.
It holds its charge really well. The little spray bottle it comes with works very nicely. I love that there’s no sticky residue left on my stomach after using it. The little display on it is helpful. It’s got 6 different modes and a variety of strengths.
I did notice if I didn’t wipe it down after using it, after a few times it would start making my belly itchy (although to be fair I am highly sensitive). When I did wipe it down, the paper towel looked black. If I wipe it down every time, that doesn’t usually happen. I’m not sure if the black on the paper towel is from me, the device, or a mixture of the two. But again it doesn’t really happen if I wipe it down every time.
The only thing I wish was different is I wish there was a battery indicator. I feel like that would be a nice addition.
Overall, it’s a great product. It works wonderfully for the purpose I bought it for; it’s brought me a lot of relief. The box it comes in is just perfect for storing it, and it comes with essentially everything you need (minus water and something to wipe it with, obviously).
Die ist sehr schlecht, extrem kleine Schrift, mit dem kaum lesbaren Hinweis, es nicht zusammen mit etwa Herzschrittmachern o.ä. Zu verwenden. Die Programmiertaste zentral hat mehrere Programme, allerdings sind diese nirgends definiert. Man muss sie ausprobieren. Die Intensität bereits der 1.Stufe ist bereits ungemein stark, zumindest wenn man kein Bodybuilder ist. Es tut saftig weh und bei Anwendung etwa am Oberarm schüttelt es bereits den ganzen Körper durch. Von unbemerkt tragen keine Spur.
Die Anwendungsdauer sollte limitiert sein, allerdings auch hier keine Aufklärung, genauso nicht, wann die Zentralen wieder und wie lange zu laden sind. klebepads halten sehr schlecht am Körper.
